For Singaporean doctors, you can verify the status of their license and view their credentials on the Ministry of Health Singapore website at: https://www.moh.gov.sg/hpp/all-healthcare-professionals/healthcare-professionals-search The clinics for which they working, personal information, and the qualifications with which the physician practices are all listed on their MaNaDr profile, which you will see while navigating the booking process. - 03
Can I choose which doctor I speak with?
Yes, we have a variety of doctors, male and female, doctors who speak different languages, and with different specialities.

Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes. You can
You are able to reschedule your reservation up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any additional fees.
If you cancel the booking up to 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund. Cancellation after 24 hours will not result in a refund
