MaNaDr Health Day Event 2023
On 11th March 2023, MaNaDr team is honored to successfully organize MaNaDr Health Day with regard to changing your mind about obesity and suggesting solutions for a 𝐻𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑦 𝑊𝑒𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝐻𝑒𝑎𝑙𝑡ℎ𝑦 𝐿𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑛𝑔. On behalf of the ManaDr team, We would like to express my deepest appreciation for your presence and participation in the ManaDr Health Day, held in conjunction with World Obesity Day 2023.
As a healthcare provider committed to improving the health and well-being of our patients, we believe that it is essential to work together with experts from various fields to raise awareness and provide support for healthy living. We were delighted to have had the opportunity to bring together healthcare leaders, members of the public, and our team of experts to discuss the importance of healthy weight and living.
We would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to our Guest of Honor, Dr Tham Kwang Wei for her presence and contribution as the President of the Singapore Association for the Study of Obesity (SASO) at Manadr’s Health Day event. It has been an honor to work with her and SASO on this event, and we appreciate the partnership in making this a successful event.
We extend our sincere gratitude to our guest speakers and panelists who shared their insights and expertise on cutting-edge medication, physiotherapy assessments, healthy diets, and mental health.
Ms. Soh Wan Keem, a clinical dietician and founder of Nutrimaxx Consultancy, discussed the role of dietary modification in combating obesity.
Mr. Christian Yan, a certified personal trainer at the Holistic Psychotherapy Centre, shared his approach to mental and physical health. With experience working with a diverse range of clients, from elite athletes to Parkinson’s patients, Mr. Yan emphasized the importance of taking a holistic approach to wellness.
Dr. Cho Li Wei, an experienced endocrinologist with over 15 years of experience, shared her passion for research, having been awarded a Doctorate in Medicine (MD) in recognition of her research work in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) while training in the UK.
We would also like to extend our appreciation to the booth participants who shared their products and services, providing valuable information and advice to our guests. Your contributions have helped to make this event a success.
