It supplies hair and nails with the fortifying substances calcium D-pantothenate and L-cystine, an amino acid. It also contains the protein keratin which is an essential constituent of the hair.
Directions:
- Take at meal times with a little liquid without chewing.
- Adults: 1 capsule 3 times daily.
- Children from the age of 12: 1-2 capsules daily.
- Average duration of 3-6 months, if necessary Pantogar® can be continued or repeated.
- Pantogar® is not recommended for use in children below 12 years.
